Edsel - CEO/Co-Founder
As a husband, father, and educator Edsel is committed to improving learning for our children, our teachers, and our future. Since starting his career in 2000 he has devoted himself to learning as a math teacher, coach, school administrator, graduate faculty member, and district leader.
He holds advanced degrees in leadership and education (MA.Ed., Ed.D.) and has been instrumental in developing programs, curriculum, and policies that serve to open doors for all students. At his core he believes that building positive relationships are essential for success.
Chad - CIO/Co-Founder
An educational technology specialist and IT management professional with over a decade of leadership experience, Chad is passionate about leveraging technology to partner with families and educators to improve student learning. Chad has played an active leadership role increasing students’ opportunities to learn anywhere, anytime through infrastructure development and 1:1 device initiatives.
Formerly a youth pastor, Chad devoted his time to helping students thrive through the often difficult teenage years. He is a husband and father of three, and has a real desire to create limitless opportunities for all children.
Andrea - Lead Content Strategist, College & Career
As a former high school teacher, guidance counselor, and College and Career Counselor, Andrea has worked with countless families on preparing for the future. She holds advanced degrees (MA.Ed. )in education, psychology and counseling. Outside of her work in education, she and her husband are dedicated to one amazing daughter and two adorable dogs.
She believes that applying to college can be a stressful situation for parents and teenagers - but it doesn’t have to be! Since 2006, she has helped students and families navigate this process by providing a personalized roadmap to success. Her passion is in helping students discover colleges that challenge them academically while allowing them to grow personally.
Christine - School Partnerships & Course Liaison
Starting her career as a high school biology teacher and varsity gymnastics coach, Christine realized her passion was in helping teenagers successfully navigate their high school years and the transition to college. She earned her Master's Degree in Education and completed additional post-graduate work to earn her School Counselor certification.
She believes in helping students find and pursue their passions and views the college planning process as a way to help kids envision the many options and opportunities that their future holds.
